Is a tumultuous current of love

I want to touch so many lives

Even when mine is tearing at the seams

Amidst all the laughter and smiles

There lies a broken heart within

One that has been shattered time and again

That I hardly know where to begin picking up the pieces

How will I mend myself?

With time perhaps...

But true healing comes from Him

And I believe He will put me back together again

Even though I need to endure this suffering

I know I will become a stronger person

His touch restores my life daily

And I will not cease to have hope in Him

Father God, I thank You

For all the times You've lifted me up when Ive fallen

For the comfort You brought through my friends when things were disheartening

For the encouragement You gave me when the path ahead seemed hopeless and impossible

Lord, may You continue to guide me, lead me, and fill me up

For Your grace is abounding

And Your love is never-ending

Let Your will be done

For Your glory I will live
