When I feel I just can't go on

Lord, You reach out and bring me home

When I feel weak and afraid

You teach me how to be brave

You give me the strength I need

As I rest in Your comforting embrace

You took my hand to reassure me

That You are always here beside me

You're here for me each day

To wipe away the hurtful words other people say

Oh the pain at times seems to be too much

I just feel that I've had enough

And tomorrow seems too far away

But You remind me that You're here to stay
