It is You, Jesus

Without You, I would be lost

You give me a reason to keep on living

Through the storm and the rain

You're there

Through the emptiness and desolation

You're there

You alone can bring me comfort

There's no peace this world can offer in place of You

Despite all the sorrows

There is always joy, love, and hope in You, Lord

Dear God, may You continue to guide me

Lead me onward, Father

For I can face anything and everything

With You beside me now and forever

You've walked with me

You're lifting me up now

And You will remain by my side always

Till the end of time

Thank You for dying for me on the cross

Thank You for suffering for me

Thank You for Your endless love and patience

Thank You for Your overflowing grace and mercy

Thank You for Your continual guidance and strength

Thank You for Your infinite wisdom through the ages

Thank You for Your unchanging faithfulness

Thank You for Your daily provisions

My heartfelt thanks cannot be fully expressed with words

May You fill me up and just use me as Your vessel, Lord
