("Reflection" of KCCF Winter Retreat 2001)
- based on Carolina Lam's sermons
To LOVE...
Is to obey.
It takes time, devotion, and commitment.
It stems from a deep and true affection for your Lord.
It means choosing God and walking in His ways.
It involves agreeing and reconciling with Him.
It entails giving thanks for all that you cannot change.
He obeyed,
Will you?

To LOVE...
Is to give.
It takes effort.
It stems from having faith and trusting God.
It means being broken.
It involves true and wholesome submission.
It entails letting go of your "pineapples".
He gave,
Will you?

To LOVE...
Is to serve.
It takes humility and patience.
It stems from recognizing that you need to become less for Him to become greater.
It means emptying yourself of your personal glory and not being a "grasper".
It involves the natural spiritual journey of degradation prior to ascension.
It entails denying ourselves and taking up our cross.
He served,
Will you?
